To ensure a satisfactory virtual experience, speakers must pre-record their presentations, which will be played on the day of the conference. Pre-recording the presentations will eliminate any potential delays or errors on the day which could occur due to poor connectivity, personal delay, lack of availability, firewall or other issues.
